Weekly prize winners are drawn at the start of each week during a four week period once all entries have been successfully verified by the Gasworks Plaza team. One Major Prize winner will be announced on Tuesday 22 September.

If your entry has been successfully verified, you will receive an email within one business day with validity details and the participating venue details where you can redeem the gift card.

To activate your digital gift card, click the link in your email and follow the prompts. You must activate your card within 7 days of the issue date, otherwise, activation will no longer be possible.

To check your digital gift card balance, visit app.localcard.io and log in with the email address you used when entering the promotion.

Your weekly digital gift card is valid for 90 days from the card creation date. The Major Prize gift card is valid for 180 days from the card creation date. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or refunded. 

Digital gift cards operate like a standard VISA eftpos‑style gift card and are presented by customers on their phone. 

No, digital gift cards can be used for multiple transactions until the gift card amount has been spent.

If the digital gift card does not cover the full purchase amount, a split payment is required.

  1.  Example: Customer has a $10 digital gift card and their total is $24
  2. Process $10 using the digital gift card
  3. Customer pays the remaining $14 using their preferred payment method

Terms and conditions

This Promotion commences at 9:00am on Monday 21 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 18 October 2026. (“Promotion Period”).  To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period,  spend a minimum of $50 at any participating Gasworks Plaza dining retailer during the campaign period (refer to Annexure 1 for Participating Retailers) and collect your itemised purchase receipt. Scan the QR code at any participating retailer venues or in-centre at Gasworks Plaza. Alternatively, entrants can complete the online form available on the centre’s website. Locate the online entry form, fill out and submit the online entry form, including uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information. Each qualifying receipt is equal to one entry into the prize draw.
