Update Monday 11 January 2021
The QLD Government have announced the Greater Brisbane lockdown will not extend beyond 6pm Monday 11 January, 2021. There are still a number of requirements that will be in place until at least 1am Friday 22 January, including:
  • Masks are to be worn at all times in the centre including within retailers, supermarkets and carparks. Masks are not required when you’re eating or drinking or for children under 12 years of age
  • Businesses can accommodate one person per 4 square metres on their premises indoors
  • Businesses with a floor space less than 200 square metres can have one person per 2 square metres, up to 50 people at a time
  • Restaurants, Cafes and Food Courts can open for seated eating and drinking, no standing allowed.
We continue to remain diligent in our cleaning processes with a focus on key areas such as hard surfaces and bathrooms. Additionally, we have hand sanitisers located at all entrances for customers and retailers to utilise. We’ve also increased signage and security to ensure physical distancing, the wearing of masks and other government measures continue to be observed by everyone.
We encourage our retailers and customers to monitor and follow QLD Government advice. To ensure you receive the latest information, alerts and answers to frequently asked questions please visit www.health.qld.gov.au
