Fans of lovingly smoked meat and tender barbecue are probably already well acquainted with Smokey Moo – the humble barbecue hotspot that opened in East Brisbane back in 2018. Well, after two years of smoking, curing and carving, Smokey Moo is moving to Gasworks!
Smokey Moo is all about the beef. Their menu is fresh prepared and smoked in house and all our salads are made fresh everyday. Smokey Moo even cure their own smoked pastrami and are known for their house made signature meaty Smokey Moo jus reduction sauce.
All of their speciality beef cuts, brisket, pastrami, ribs and beef cheeks, are smoked to perfection 'the Chef's way' - tender, juicy, and falling off the bone.
