The master-mind behind Yolk, Yianni Passaris is ready to embark on his third foodie venture, only this time with Thai hospitality legend, Chef Bowyo right by his side.  
Ping Pong, a 120- seater Thai restaurant, will boast good times, even better share-style food and an Instaworthy interior 
“It was a no brainer to join forces with Bowyo. She’s been a solid influence on both Morning After and Yolk. We’ve noticed there has been a gap in the market for a while now for a cool, fun, Asian eatery. Something that wasn’t cheap, nor high end, but sits perfectly in the middle.”  
The destination eatery will boast a menu including bar snacks to share-style larger plates, that won’t break the bank.  
Chef Bowyo will be cooking her home (Thai) roots, in a modern but authentic way. Her key standout dish? A perfectly slow-cooked beef cheek massaman curry. Oh and there will be a signature Ping Pong dessert of course.  
Ping Pong is splashing a completely pink interior, custom-made furnishings and an elaborate lighting feature. Picture, 300 ping pong look alikes floating through the restaurant.  
Three picnic tables will sit outside for breezy feasting and a “concept room” will takeover the back of the venue, including Yianni’s signature cup-seating for larger groups.
